A Clear Path
Choose the level of support that fits
Your Migraine Detective Test result is a starting hypothesis. Choose a focused review, a one-hour investigation, or ongoing support across several attack cycles.
No subscriptions. No automatic renewals. No promises that one explanation will solve everything.
Migraine Pattern Review
20 minutes
Make sense of your test result
Best if you want to understand your result, clarify the strongest signal, and decide what may be worth investigating first.
What we'll cover
- Your leading layer and any meaningful overlap
- The clue in your answers that deserves the most attention
- One focused question to investigate next
- Whether a deeper investigation would be useful
This is a focused conversation. It does not include advance review of medical records or a written investigation map.
In-Depth Migraine Investigation
One hour
Turn scattered information into a prioritized investigation map
Best if you want to examine overlapping layers alongside your symptoms, history, existing testing, medications, and supplements - and leave with a prioritized investigation map.
What's included
- Review of your Migraine Detective Test result
- A structured look at your migraine history and recurring patterns
- Review of relevant existing testing, medications, and supplements
- Identification of the layers and unanswered questions that deserve priority
- A written investigation map
- Specific questions to discuss with your clinicians
If we both decide the 12-week investigation is the right next step, your $349 payment will be credited toward it.

Turn promising patterns into structured experiments
During the first phase, we identify two to three patterns worth pursuing. Then we structure experiments around them - one variable at a time, with a defined question, observation period, and evidence to collect.
Over several attack cycles, we look for what repeats, what changes, and which hypotheses become more or less useful.
What's included
- Three one-hour private sessions
- Two to three structured experiments based on patterns in your data
- A clear question and measurement plan for each experiment
- Review of the evidence gathered across multiple attacks
- WhatsApp support between sessions, with replies within one business day
- A final Pattern Dossier organized to share with your clinicians
If an experiment involves testing, hormones, medication, or another medical decision, that portion must be directed or approved by your licensed clinician.
Limited availability so each investigation receives meaningful attention.

Does smoothing out my estrogen delivery improve head pain?
Tracking: patch timing, cycle day, migraine onset
Examples from active investigations, not recommendations. Prescription changes are directed by the client's licensed clinician.
Why 12 weeks?
A hypothesis needs several attack cycles to become clearer. The one-hour investigation identifies where to begin. The 12-week program gives us enough time to observe recurring patterns, run selected experiments, and see what holds across more than one attack.

I'm Svetlana, the Migraine Detective. I am a patient, not a doctor. I've been through the list: amitriptyline, triptans, propranolol, high-dose NSAIDs, the "migraine vitamin" stack. I quit coffee and chocolate, haven't had a drink in more than eight years, and spent years chasing triggers. Acupuncture, neurofeedback, Botox, CGRP blockers, forty-pill supplement stacks, and even a month-long stay at an Ayurvedic clinic in India that improved many things, but not the head pain.
When AI became accessible, I took a different path: I fed years of pain logs, blood panels, MRIs, and doctor-visit notes into a custom model and spent months testing hypotheses, the same discipline I use professionally. That work became the Migraine Detective Method. Not a cure. A map. My own investigation is public: read the case study.
Migraine Detective is the support between your appointments. I help you organize and question your own data: what to track, how to line it up, and which questions are worth your clinician's time.
I help you turn years of scattered symptoms, test results, medications, supplements, and observations into a prioritized investigation map - so you can move beyond trial and error, focus on the patterns most worth pursuing, and make every appointment with your doctor count.
I do not diagnose, prescribe, order testing, or direct medical treatment.
Migraine Detective provides educational pattern investigation, not diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment. Laboratory testing and medical care are provided through your licensed clinicians and billed separately. New or worsening symptoms should be evaluated by a licensed clinician or emergency care when appropriate.
